Neighbour with a stepladder peeping

short story, we have an awful human being for a neighbour.

We have very clear cctv footage of him with a stepladder looking over our fence at 3 am for at least 3 mins. We live in a bungalow. Our 11yo sons’ window was within vision. (Thankfully blinds we believe were closed).

How do I legally pursue this. He is known to the police for a multitude of crimes. This seems to be new.

As he is known to the police I think you should talk to the police about this. Looking at your son's window might not be a crime but it might suggest other risks to the police.
