Hi me again
Please help me i am at such a loss. Ive been advised to move to where I feel is best to live for my child support and support network which my STB ex H is disagreeing with and threatning to take me to court with his parents money.
I know if I just move I face the risk of a prohibited steps order for moving childs school without his consent but he is dragging his feet with absolutely everything. Wont respond to mediation (its been 10 weeks) wont give me his solicitors details etc and now he is trying to take DC away for the weekend over my weekend which is also the date of my dads death so I had something special planned to remember my dad.
I feel like im going crazy - he is documenting everything I do and says when I am just trying my best to co-parent with someone who is controlling everything. He is dragging his feet with house sale/remortgage to release money and he wont let me leave
to give context of the type of person he is we bought a house years ago and he lied to me about absolutely everything. he said he had done the mortgage application, solicitors things etc for the house sale and he had done absolutely nothing and had me believing for months that it was all going through
