Non molestation order worth applying?

I have a child arrangements order in place.

My ex is abusive. I reported sexual abuse to police and they are taking it no further. I'm not surprised as cases with far more evidence than mine end up nfa.

I was protected by bail conditions before but now I can see the same pattern as before coming back.

In the CAO it states that communication and handovers are to go via third party but now my ex has tried to make contact with me at a school event (luckily I didn't go) and more recently I was informed he was going to be there at the handover.

I got scared and called 111 as I had a panic attack. But now he's applying for an enforcement order.

I'm really struggling with this. I just want him to leave me alone. I've had to make peace with the fact I can't protect my kids properly. But I can't cope with him trying to intimidate me.

Sorry for ramble. But I looking for any advice on non molestation order? How hard will it be to get? That sort of thing

If the order specifies that handovers are to be via a third party, he won't get anywhere with wanting enforcement if he is not complying himself. You should talk to a solicitor about whether you have enough evidence for a non-molestation order.
