Disability discrimination

I have requested SARs from around the time of historical child protection, where I as a child reported emotional abuse by my mother. It includes some information around my autism, special needs, additional needs and support needs as a child. It mentions I have (or had) level 3 support needs. They and my psychological reports were used to discredit the emotional abuse claims against my mother. I have a feeling that comes under disability discrimination. I am waiting for a callback from legal advice, but just wondering if anyone has any experience or information on this kind of thing

No advice to give, but I'm so sorry this has happened to you. At least you know now, and will be able to pursue the matter further.

I do not understand your post. Are you saying that social services failed to act about your complaints of abuse?

as there was a psychologist report is that what you disagree with?

Did your case go to Court?

who are you claiming discrimination from?

when did all this happen?
