Writing a will - Octupus legacy

I was wondering if anyone can help. I'm due to have an appointment soon to write a will with Octupus legacy. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with them for writing a will and how you found it or if anyone could recommend another company.

If you look on Trustpilot and filter for the negative reviews it doesn't sound good, @Okayy. (I find this is the only way Trustpilot is useful these days as there are so many fake 5* reviews.)
