I previously posted about my ex who my DD said abused her. She’s 13, nearly 14 and has said she wants no contact with her father whatsoever. She’s been very clear why from the outset. She has been treated for CPTSD at CAMHS due to his behaviour.
Her father has zero insight into his behaviour but has now admitted some incidents like being drunk, acting erratically and physically restraining her. All grim but not actually a crime which is what she says. This came out after a section 47 report by SS being disclosed to him as part of his application for contact. They advised no contact either.
DD now has a Guardian who says at 13/14 her wishes are clear and they should be respected. I hope this is the end of it instead of going to a fact finding hearing which would be traumatic. I want to get the case struck out and get a bar on any further applications from him. He will not drop this, and he is obsessive and narcissistic.
is there any chance of a strike out? I don’t want to put my DD through a fact finding for this man’s ego. It is wrong. He should respect her wishes (which he’s been told about from the start).
