My ex has an ABH charge against me its due to go crown court for trial soon.
Whilst on bail for myself he re offended and seriously assaulted his new current partner, who will not press charges or report although it was witnessed and child social services are involved. The fact he committed the same offence probably even worse on another female only 4 months after my assault. What can I do I feel this is crucial to demonstrate his behavior towards women in support of my case.

Have you discussed this with your solicitor?
He sounds awful. I'm sorry you're going through this.

Surely Social Services and the police/CPS will bring this to court?

I don't think there is anything you can do about the assault on the other woman, unless you witnessed it. However, if there is independent evidence, the CPS may decide to charge your ex-partner even if the victim is not co-operating.
