Car crash

So my partner has been involved in a small collision, he was pulling out of a junction onto a road that has a blind corner. He checked again the side of the road he is pulling across to get onto the correct side of the road amd pulled out. In this time a car has come around the corner and got next to him. Beeped their horn and he has scratched the back end of their car. They must have seen him pulling out and either ignore him or thought they could get in front. There is no damage to his vehicle. He accepts responsibility as he was the one pulling put of a junction, I say it is everyone's responsibility to avoid a crash and it seems like the other driver had this ability. Issue is is that he's got home and within the hour he has had two phone calls from no win no claim companies representing her. He didn't ask why or how they had got his number but my only thought is that she has been putting his details into things too see if she can claim anything. Now I know that injuries at even slow speeds can occur but would they have really occurred within 1 hour of the crash? Without seeing or speaking to a doctor. Would this help us if she tried to claim personal injury or at this point do we just have to accept whatever comes our way. Neither of us have any experience in this.

Don’t engage with them Just refer them to your insurance
