Online order

My son bought some clothes from an overseas company based in Austria.

The order didn’t arrive and they have been in dispute with DPD. This has been ongoing for months and despite saying we will be refunded they haven’t.

My son is £100 out of pocket which to a 13 year old is a lot. I have sent emails but all they do is respond with delaying tactics.

I have tried to threaten legal rights but does anyone know if we/he actually have any and what we can do next?!

Any advice would be very gratefully received.

Many thanks

Do a chargeback on the card used to pay for it.

Did you pay by credit card? If so they should help you, the credit card guarantee covers purchases I think over £100. If you did a bank transfer there’s no such guarantee but they may help, it’s worth trying. Good luck

My son used his GoHenry so I’m not sure if that provides much cover annoyingly.
