Charging Orders

Hi,i have 2 charging orders from 2008 on my property, total amount apprix £8k from credit cards,i am trying to remortgage but on Land Registry they have came up with the 2 on the deeds. Both in my name and i sort of knew they were there but never paid. I am in a position to pay to clear them now due to being in better health and mental health but have spent last 3 months trying to find who to pay,how to pay but getting no where fast. 3 Solicitors have said they are too busy to take on and Debt help etc keep just saying to pay them, 1 company not replying after 3 emails, and another seems now none existant. The Court service helpline literally could'nt find the claim numbers from the courts, nothing on file and gave me email for chargingordersCNBC? I emailled 3 weeks ago and after initial automated response nothing else back.
How do i get them removed from Land Registry. At the end if my tether now.

What details do you have?

The solicitor dealing with the remortgage conveyance should be doing this.

Its Cabot and CL Finance, Cabot with Mortimer Clarke who have replied with get back to me in 14 days and each time have'nt and CL Finance last address coming back as not there and no reply from website.
The Team doing that side of Remortgage are the ones sending me details saying i need to sort the removal/clearing of the orders.
I have had 2 telephone calls with them,1 saying there would be a chatge for them to do this then an email saying i had to sort.
Did seem abit sloppy shoulders at the time but i presumed that was correct.
