ILR since 2019- worried about new rule changes

Hello,

My mother is a 46 year old woman, who has Limited Capability to Work (not the other one). Therefore, she could not study English to do the life in UK test. Everyone else in my family are UK citizens- my dad, and my siblings.

l’m really worried if the new rule changes would somehow revoke or like do something to my mother’s ILR. She’s never committed a crime or anything of sorts that could revoke it. Should I be worried regardless? As well as, are there any negative consequences of continuing to be in ILR, cause the initial plan was to wait till she’s 65 to get her British citizenship- because that does not require a life in the UK test.
