Had an email yesterday from ACAS conciliator saying they’d not yet been able to speak to respondent as they’ve been on holiday. And the conciliator was now on holiday for just over a week. However the duty team could help both sides whilst she was away.
Woken up in night and at 1.17am I’d received an early conciliation certificate.
Today is six weeks since I notified ACAS, so is this my employer saying they don’t want to engage, or just automatic because it’s been six weeks and there is still a chance of conciliation?
I’m frustrated because the conciliator only contacted me three weeks ago and with Easter and both the respondents and conciliators holiday it feels like there’s been no opportunity to get anywhere.
