I’ve done PH where we established CMO.
R was keen on Judicial Mediation which surprised me as they haven’t really engaged with ACAS and never agreed my £27k offer or tabled any counter offer. Is that normal ?
My SoL is £100k - what, if anything, can I expect from JM ?

I feel my case is strong, and well evidenced. I am confident in the facts of my case, and although a LiP, I am confident in standing up and relaying facts. Or I’m misguided and naive! Either way, I’m happy to go to full ET if that’s relevant. It just seems the whole system is geared towards settling.

Can't comment on your case without details obvs, but you are correct - The system is geared towards settling.

ETs are time consuming, costly and stressful, and the outcome is never certain. I'd argue that in most cases, a settlement is better for all parties.
