Can I empty my uncles housing association

Need help can I empty my uncle flat as housing association will want the flat back as he has passed away without a will

Are you his closest relative? For instance does he have children or brothers and sisters?
If he has, but left no will, then they would have to see to it themselves or give you permission else they might kick up a fuss later if you dispose of his things.

This. There’s an order if he’s intestate. I think it goes spouse, adult children, and then I think it’s parent then sibling. Niece comes a looooonnnnng way down.

Having a key does not grant you the right to empty out a house.
