Turkish barber's renting my property: if they are the dodgy ones I know many are legitimate,is any problems for me

I know most are legitimate but if I let it and it turns out to be the dodgy ones am I liable for anything?
Money laundering, immigration issues?
I am going through an agent.
In just wondering if there is anything I can do to protect against it',or is it not even my worry??

If you're that worried, rent it to a cat cafe. Surely no-one running a cat cafe can be up to anything nefarious? Unless they are employing cats illegally or they are only paid in catnip
