I’m in financial proceedings for divorce and have to share my business bank statement with the forensic accountant who is tasked with reporting on my business.
I don’t want to share any of my bank statements with my ex and his solicitors until we are exchanging updated disclosure. Can I password protect the bank statements, send to the expert and then send him separately a password which is not disclosed to the other side?
The report is due at the same time as the updated disclosure.
