Rights of Way?

My neighbours - who are tenants of the property next door - have right of access through my garden to come and go to their property on foot. It's in the property deeds. Don't ask!
Does this right of way include the landlord / owner of the property? I'd really like to know where I stand.

it should be on the deeds which you can buy from the land registry. Alternatively if you are on good terms with the landlord or tenant, you might ask then for more details on the ROW including proof?

The ROW would include the property owner and any legitimate visitors/trades etc. to the property e.g. postman.

I had exactly this in a cottage I used to own. The RoW included anyone who had legitimate need to access the property - so the tenants, their visitors, trades people, the postman etc etc. I have to admit it was a bit of a pain to have people walking past my kitchen window.

Hi NC,
Thanks for your message.
Was this access to your neighbour's main property entrance or to an alternative back door?
Mine neighbours' access is just to their back garden and patio doors.
