Inventory check out report

Hi

Does anyone know how long it should take to receive an inventory check out report? We handed keys back last Monday and was told inventory would be done on Tuesday and still not received anything?

It is the Agents report not yours and I am not sure they are under any obligation to share it with you, although they usually do.
They have 10 days to return the deposit if there are no disputes or they can raise a dispute via the deposit holding company. Check online with the company to see if a dispute has been raised
