just wondering if I could have some answers to what the process was like for you. We put an offer in for our house 2nd Feb, now ate the stage of receiving our searches back 26th April for our house we have purchased. The last we heard they were in the workflow to be reviewed. So we are at a week today and our sellers solicitors haven’t heard anything, from your experience how long will this be? I totally understand my case is not the only case and with the SDLT my case is probably not even looked at, but I’m just eager and not into this waiting months and months. I’m not sure if I should check in and just ask for an update but don’t want to become a pest haha
