ET1 & ET3 Submitted

Hello,
As a litigant in person, I have submitted my ET1 as the Respondents have submittwd their ET3. A Preliminary Hearing has already been scheduled.
I have been advised that both ET1 and ET3 have gone to a ET Judge.

Am I now waiting for case management orders?
I would like to make a start on getting everything in order but don't know where to start from.

Does anyone have any advice?

You wait and the case management orders will come through unless they think you need a hearing to deal with case management issues first (which is quite likely if you’re acting for yourself).

Nothing to prevent you from putting your documents in date order though and starting to draft your witness statement telling the story.
