Posting here for the first time, need to keep this brief.
Ex husband was arrested last year for domestic abuse.
He is currently on superintendent bail, with the goal to send to the CPS in a few months time.
My IDVA has told me we can apply for a non-mol if CPS state there isn't enough evidence.
Thing is, he used to coach my sons football team. He is saying (to my son) 'when this all blows over Ill be back coaching football.'
I just need advice as to whether a non-mol will protect me here.
I cant bare the thought of seeing him, and I'll have no choice but to pull my son out of football if he is there.
Cannot even begin to explain the hell I've been through - I just want to be free.
