I've googled and googled and it's hurting my brain so thought I'd try the hive mind here!
I bought a property last year after exh left me. We weren't divorced until after completion and all my identity documents were in my married name, so had to buy under that name.
I've changed everything back to my maiden name now except the land registry and finding the forms really confusing. Can anyone explain to me how to do it, as if they were explaining it to a toddler?
