Legal advice on lease

we are looking to buy a house which is freehold but leases some land from the local estate to make up part of the garden.

i have a copy of the lease, i am wondering if i paid a solicitor to check it over before offering, is that something they would do?

some of it is clear but it is all in legal speak and I’d like to be sure it’s ok before going down the whole conveyancing process.

Is that a service most would offer for a fee?

Absolutely, find a residential conveyancing lawyer who can help, and it shouldn't be too expensive. Or alternatively if you know someone who has prior legal experience and is well-read about the law, that would be probably be helpful too.
