Mirror or Mutual Will ?

Can anyone please advise if this is a Mirror or Mutual Will ?

"l. Revocation
3 1 JOHN DOE of (an address in England) REVOKE all
former wills and testamentary dispositions and declare this to be my last Will ("my Will") and that I have agreed with my wife JANE DOE that after my death she shall not amend or revoke her Will made on the same date as my Will if my Will is then unamended or unrevoked ".

I believe my will is the same, but with John & Jane reversed - I was not given a copy of it. The terms are grossly unfair, & I did not understand what I was signing.

I'm concerned that if I show it to a solicitor & it's mutual, s/he cannot then unsee it.

Thanks for your help.

I am sorry but you need to see a solicitor. One thing to consider is whether or not you had independent legal advice when the wills were being prepared.

If you didn't see the will, didn't receive explanation or consultation if imagine it pretty much amounts to coercion. I would think you would have a very strong case to apply to a judge stating these facts to have it revoked. Make a note of everything that happened, ask details, time lines, how it happened etc and get a solicitor to apply to a judge if imagine that to be the best plan.
