Change consent order

Does anyone know if a consent order can be changed months after both parties have signed it and agreed to it?

Has the order actually been made? If so, no you can't, but you can both enter into a contractual agreement to amend it. That would be a kind of settlement that would, I should think, act as a bar to enforcement.

Both parties have signed the court paper to say a house will be sold.
One party now doesn't want to sell
