Issues downloading a Will

I've ordered a probate and Will from the government website. Both are showing as available, but I'm only able to download the probate. When I click on the Will, nothing happens. Can anyone help please. I attach a screenshot. Tia

That sounds like there may not have actually been a will and that the person died intestate.

If you have a read of the grant does it say "probate" or "administration"? If it says "administration" then that means that they died intestate and there is no will.
