If on a wedding certificate my father had to sign to say he & new wife had lived together and been in a relationship for 1 year but this is false. Would that effext the validity of the marriage?

You need to find the Thai version of mumsnet. I can’t imagine for a moment that there’s anyone here who’s an expert on Thai marriage law.
