Any help would be great ; my friend had been charged with a domestic assault on his partner . But she was actually the one that use to hit him .She said he broke his bail conditions which he didn’t . He got remanded for a month and then was realised on tag… he has a court hearing coming up but the evidence that they have on him is little . There a few statements from family saying he was controlling ect. Anyone been through a similar case ! He is such a lovely person and I really feel for him ; hoping for the best outcome
