Complaint about Legal Ombudsman?

Does anyone know what the next step is if I am dissatisfied with the level of service from the Legal Ombudsman please?

You can complain to them through their procedure.

If you are dissatisfied with that then your only other option is to issue legal proceedings against the agency who you complained to them about.
