Advice needed - reasonable adjustments

Long story short I’ve had reasonable adjustments in place for two years via occupational health and follow up meeting. My disability hasn’t altered.

Due to staff leaving and not being replaced I’m being put in situation where I’m the only person in my role in building. Meaning all of my reasonable adjustments can’t happen because there is no one else as back up.

I’ve requested a meeting to discuss things but am still waiting for this to happen. I have followed this up, with no response.

Do you have HR or is there somebody managing the person who is not acting on your requests to whom you can refer, or threaten to refer the issue if it's not dealt with?

RAs are there for a reason and allowing them to be nibbled away is totally unacceptable.

Are you able to explain the nature of the adjustments OP and why they are no longer possible?

It all does come down to reasonableness and it's hard to suggest anything without more details.

Agree we do need a bit more info if possible. Is home working feasible in the meantime if you are reliant on another person to be in the office? Recruitment is tricky as it's not likely to be an overnight resolution.

Reasonable adjustments can only be removed if they are no longer necessary, or they have become unreasonable or disproportionate. If your employer is unable to provide the previously agreed reasonable adjustments, they need to come up with alternative adjustments that will work for you.
