Does anyone of experience of what happens at the hearing of a contested non molestation order please?
I was granted one ‘ex parte’ as my ex husband has been harassing me. A date was arranged for the hearing and I had hoped he just wouldn’t turn up. He came with a barrister and has contested the order, we therefore need to go back to court for a contested hearing.
i will be representing myself.
Any advice?
