My ex was due for a plea hearing yesterday for rape charges but the hearing has been adjourned for next week and listed for a case management hearing instead. Does anyone know why that might be? I was under the impression that the case management starts after the plea hearing once the case goes to the crown court. I'm super stressed and worried about it. If anyone can help me I would be forever grateful.
