Tenancy Agreement

I've moved into a property last week. In that week I've contacted the Letting Agent numerous times about no running hot water coming through to my shower. It was working a few times last week. The Landlord has been round several times including last night to fix/look at the water pump but I'm still without hot water this morning.
On this basis can I terminate my Tenancy Agreement with them (within 14 days) and get all my money back, so I mean my month's rent and full deposit?

Given that the hot water has worked at times I’m not sure the right to rewind the contract based on misleading information would work.

It could be the landlord is waiting for a plumber. I think you need to be patient.

I assume that you have hot water elsewhere in the property, it's just the shower that's the problem?

Thank you for the replies. It's all been sorted now.
