recieved a letter today from the CJS. My ex partner has been charged with coercive control charges however not the ABH charge despite there being an actual video of him beating me up. I’m hoping this is an oversight
Or there has been some error. I have informed the CJS who have emailed the officer in charge of the case. Is there anyone I can contact in regards to this, it is baffling that he hasn't been charged as there is concrete evidence. Does this happen often? Do I need to contact the CPS? Would really appreciate if someone can help. His first plea hearing is in 20 days.
