Divorce - financial settlement

Hi all,

I know ultimately I need to speak to a solicitor but wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

Final settlement agreed in court last July. Ex ordered to pay specific amount with ex amount of days (September). Amount still is paid blaming delays.

Ex lied in court and said new partner wasn't moving in but they've already moved in to the house I still legally own with their 3 kids half the time.

I'm now 5 months overdue for a large amount of money (6 figures), can't buy until I receive money and removed from mortgage, will now have to pay increased stamp duty and my ex lied to court about moving in with partner so their income was considered.

Just generally annoyed, can I claim an compensation or interest for moneys owed and increased stamp duty I'll now have to pay

Why have they not paid the funds? What are the delays due to? Ask him to pay you what you’ve lost or you may have to take it back to court?
