Cost of clean break order?

Hi all,
Looking for some advice regarding clean break orders. 2 years ago my divorce came through. Stupidly I have not yet got a financial order in place (mixture of stress and cost has been putting me off but I know it needs done asap).

Xh and I have never had any joint assets and always had separate bank accounts. We have said we don’t want anything off one another and happy to get a clean break consent order.

As far as I’m aware, you can fill out a d81 form and get the clean break consent order drafted by a solicitor/signed off by judge. The solicitors I rang said I would need a £250 consultation and they would only be able to tell me the following steps and price of the clean break order after that.

Was wondering if anyone had any experience and could share how much they spent on a clean break order and the steps they took?

My main concern is XH has ran up credit cards since splitting (in his name) and worried I will be responsible for these too. He goes on numerous holidays a year and lives paycheck to paycheck (he has a good job and a lot of cash money in his home country but of course there is no proof of this). Meanwhile I have to be strict with my money and have around 5k savings. Will the courts expect me to give him half of this?

Any advice greatly appreciated!
