How do I get to see the will?

Its been over a year and I know that I my kids are beneficiaries, as the writer expressed this before they died with concerns that 'people' might say otherwise. Turns out that person is the executor, who, as far as I can tell, has cleared the house and pocketed the proceeds and sold the house without probate. They are NOT the writer's spouse. They are one of their kids. Can't see anything on relevant sites, despite the ex-spouse being there.
I've asked and asked but just get radio silence. How do I go about tracking it down.
Apparently, there was a solicitor involved but the same person got rid of them and handled it all themselves.
I'm not bothered but p**d on behalf of the kids.

Unless the executor jointly owned the house with their parent, they could not legally sell the property without probate. It is therefore likely that they did get probate, in which case you can get a copy of the will from the probate registry.
