Family Court -s7 and specific issues

The background to this: I’m the respondent in yet another application by my ex. (DJ has specified that a barring order must now be considered) But first there will be a s7 report. There are various specific issues being considered. Im also certain that my ex is not being honest.
Question: Can I ask that he be required to disclose particular things? should I do this via an application for additional specific issues? (DJ has directed me to make an application for specific issues in good time but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to ask for and am worried that I’ll miss the opportunity to resolve something important)

I presume you have had the FHDRA hearing? Assuming you want him to disclose certain things before the next hearing fill in a C2 and set out what documents you want and why. This kind of application might be suitable for an adjudication on paper.

If it's his medical records he can refuse to consent, though adverse inferences might be drawn.
