Hi there, wondering if anyone can advise the best way to deal with a situation - I bought something online as a Christmas gift last month but it ended up being a duplicate so I need to return it (it hasn’t been opened so in new condition). The company’s returns process is that you have to contact them to obtain an RMA number before sending anything back which I did within the required 14 days - but since then no response, I’ve sent 2 further emails and called multiple times but no one ever answers. I’m not sure what to do next - it was £300 so I really do need the money back. I bought on debit card rather than credit card so I assume less protected - although they are a well established uk based company (albeit a small one) so I didn’t really anticipate there being any problems ☹️
