Happy new year all.
I’m hoping to get some advice. We had new windows fitted last year and the whole job was a nightmare. The person fitting them was someone we know (not a close friend ) that has his own building company. In the end he knocked £3000 off of the final bill.
We had to contact him just before Christmas as two of the windows have condensation inside so have obviously blown. He came without question and measured them to order replacements. We have noticed another window has now blown so he is coming back to measure this one.
To be fair he hasn’t argued replacing them I’m just worried they are all going to go one by one. What should we do just get them replaced if and when they go? He is having to order them from the same manufacturer as they have bars through them so need to match.
Any advice greatly appreciated
