I had a NMO but he refused to leave the house and because it was during divorce proceedings, the occupation order application was separate to the NMO,

They were dark, dark days. The NMO stipulated what behaviours he was not allowed to do, and said we can only converse over the children. Anything outside of that was breach of court.

It didn't really work and was utterly horrendous. The law is an ass sometimes.

Sometimes a judge will stipulate pickup from school or nursery to avoid contact, but not always.

She isn't in nursery, she's with me majority of the time. It's a tricky one i can't seem to find an answer

A friend or family member might be able to help with handover.
What about any risk to the child due to the behaviour that has lead to NMO being made though - should contact be taking place?
