Right to a refund?

I ordered a made to measure blind from an online company, it came today and is completely the wrong colour (I ordered magenta, the blind they delivered is sky blue). This is the third part of an order this company have stuffed up, can I reject it and ask for a refund rather than having to accept a replacement (seeing as the replacement hasn't been made yet). Thank you.

Have you done one big order, or is the 3rd seperate order you have made from the same company? And they have messed up each individual order?

It’s an absolute minefield but logically you haven’t got what you ordered

Third separate order, there are another two parts of this order that haven't yet arrived.

Yes, you are entitled to a refund. The goods are faulty as they are not the colour you ordered, so you are entitled to reject them and receive a full refund.
