No Win No Fee - Twice?

I used not win no fee for an injury as a passenger on a Bus back in 2013.

I have had another injury but as a driver. Non fault. Can I use no win now fee again?

The company I used last time were good and it got a good payout that covered financial loss and reduced pay plus injury loss of function. They made sure I got proper Drs apts and all the scans. Where's the NHS depayed and dragged their heels and would not send me for the proper scans.

I would pike to use them again But I swear I read that you can't use them again if you used them before. Is that true?

I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be possible. I’d suspect if you were frequently trying to claim it’d look fraudulent but two seperate incidents a decade apart doesn’t look like a suspicious pattern of behaviour to me. I’d read current reviews though it’s a difficult industry and the firm may have changed considerably in that time.
