Urgent question re court bundle

I wonder if anyone can help

I have received a copy of court bundle. Case will be heard on Monday My dc father is taking me to court to attempt to change the current arrangement order.

In said bundle there is a Cafcass report included....but with 2 pages missing . these are included in my paper copy of original report. I believe they were originally in the first draft of his solicitors 'bundle' which I saw on line.

The pages now missing are 'parents feedback' in which I comment on some of the parts which were simply incorrect with a letter supporting from the refuge manager where we were at the time.

They don't make things look good for her client

Is it normal practice to just

Leave them out?

Huge thanks

the pages shouldnt have been left out as they were included in the online bundle. you should take 3 copies of the full report with you and point out that pages are missing from the hard copy bundle

I would contact the court and send them in beforehand. Ask them to confirm receipt. When I was in court my ex tried to submit papers on the day and wasn't allowed

The original document will be on the court file anyway. It’s not a good look for his solicitor but it might have been an inadvertent error. Making a bundle is a pig of a job. But someone at some point decided to remove those pages from the report. Ask them why today by email, and ask that they update the bundle with those pages. It should only take them a couple of minutes. Everyone uses bundling software these days.

Thank you so much I will email his solicitor and ask that it's included and see what they say

Questions re second hearing in feb

Court recommended Child led mediation but Father said himself in court he will pursue what he wants regardless of dd views.

If dd attends mediation he will ignore her views anyway, and there won't be feedback to court of mediation thus to say it was attended and unsuccessful.

When I write my statement for the bundle for his solicitor to send in am I able to include a written letter from daughter outlining her feelings under evidence?

Cafcas are no longer involved following their report so unable to help. Their representative spoke up last time and was very helpful. Their won't be someone there this time

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer

You can request to enter it

You can self refer to NYAS for them to document your child's views and have them heard in court. Every child should have a voice.
