First time posting so please be kind. I am looking for some advice. I returned 3 parcels to Very on 14/11/24 via Yodel at a parcel shop. 2 of the parcels were refunded a week ago but one is still outstanding. The problem is my bag was robbed from my car with the tracking receipt in it so I don't have any tracking information and I am panicking that the parcel has gone missing.
I have contacted Very and they said to wait until after 14 working days as refunds can take that long to be processed, but I find it unusual that the other 2 parcels were refunded together and the third still hasn't been done. I have also been to the shop where it was done, and tried to speak to Yodel as I know what date and time I done the return but they have been no use. Can anyone give me any advice as to where I stand and what I can do if my refund doesn't materialize?
The return is worth almost £300. I am at my wits end and don't need any more bad look at the moment!!
