Does anyone have experience of claiming compensation from a medical negligence case, when the 3 year time frame is up? In particular, if the clinician in question, has been struck off for gross misconduct, following a tribunal.

Just keeping this bumped for you. Assuming the claimant wasn't under 18, as there is no limitation in that case?

When did you first know about the injury and when did you suspect it was caused by negligent treatment? If it's more than 3 years ago you're probably going to struggle with a claim.
