I hope someone could give me a bit of clarity. I paid my Archetect to draw up some plans for my property. He wasn't much help to begin with as he didn't really give us much input in terms of what we can and can not do. He did submit the plans but they got declined by the council. The council gave guidelines as to what we need to do to get the plans accepted, however, it has been over 6 months and our Archetect has not submitted the new plans. Every time I try calling him he says he's very busy. We paid him fully after the first plans were submitted as we didn't anticipate the original plans to be declined. Do I have to pay him more money to submit new plans or should this be in the original price?
