Event tickets ordered from a secondary ticketing website (not ideal, I know!) and the order confirmation states they are paper tickets. The website is now saying the tickets are ready to be transferred digitally via a third party mobile app. This delivery method is problematic. The website is insisting that a refund is not available as they have fulfilled their obligations (tickets are available now from the seller) and they have attempted to deliver my order (email explaining about the third party mobile app). But what they are offering is not what they confirmed I ordered. Citizens Advice have offered some guidance but has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions how to resolve it (paper tickets or refund would be acceptable)?
