interm conatct is letters every 2 weeks through solicitor whiles awaiting ffh
my 3 year old has her dads number on her iPad which I completely forgot about
she has FaceTimed dad and sent him messages with random letters whiles I was hoovering
she obviously didn’t know what she’s doing due to her age
could I get in trouble with the court as this has happened?

No, you won't. Even if you had known about it and allowed it, it wouldn't get you in trouble. Giving your ex more contact than is ordered is not a breach of the order.

I was unsure if it could be used against me due to non mol in place against him
as well wondered if they could say I haven’t safeguarded her due to the safeguard concerns

I don't think being on chat with him would be considered as a safeguarding issue particularly if she instigated the contact.
