Small Claims application query

Hi all,
Am considering taking a dispute to the small claims court and wondered if I can list the defendants as both a Limited Co. And the Director when the Co. Only had the one employee. The dispute is with the Ltd Co. But have discovered the Co. is a shell type with no assets. Any help would be welcomed and thanks in advance. Kind regards P

You can, but if your contract is with the company, you are unlikely to succeed with action against the director.
